About Wendy Sideris
For more than three decades, Wendy Sideris has been a driving force behind the growth and success of Careington International Corporation and its affiliate companies Careington Benefit Solutions, DialCare and Munroe Sutton. Since beginning her career with Careington in 1991, Wendy has held several leadership positions within the Account Management, Product Development and Member Services departments, helping to shape a culture rooted in service, trust and long-term partnership.
Today, she leads account management initiatives, guiding Careington's responsive, high-touch service approach while providing strategic direction for Careington's industry partners. The Account Management team focuses on revenue and product growth while maintaining long-term client partnerships. Wendy and her team provide exceptional service and are vital resources for Careington's clients, assisting them with issue resolution and workflow improvements, as well as consulting in areas of plan design, cost savings, industry regulations and the implementation of new products and services. Under her leadership, the Account Management team serves as the cornerstone of client relationships and a single point of contact for client needs.
Wendy's proven track record of superior client service has allowed Careington to successfully grow and maintain key client relationships across a diverse client base.
Wendy is an active board member of the nonprofit organization Families of WWII Veterans, an organization that raises money for scholarship awards to financially needy applicants while preserving the legacy of our World War II Veterans, and she currently serves as the administrative director.
