Melissa J. Baumann, CPA, has been with Careington International Corporation for more than 30 years. Mrs. Baumann's knowledge and background are essential in overseeing tax compliance, financial reporting, treasury management, strategic finance and capital planning for Careington and its affiliate companies, Careington Benefit Solutions, DialCare and Munroe Sutton. Mrs. Baumann is responsible for all fiduciary aspects of Careington and leads all finance, technology, operations and administration teams.

In addition to her career with Careington, Mrs. Baumann serves as the treasurer of Consumer Health Alliance, the trade association of the non-insured, direct-pay model health care industry, and she is also an active board member of the non-profit organization Families of World War II Veterans.

Mrs. Baumann was an honoree of the Dallas Business Journal 2021 CFO of the Year Awards.
