Jolene Hersch joined Careington International Corporation in 2022, bringing with her more than two decades of experience in building Human Resources departments. Her proven track record of increased employee engagement and savings through Human Resources programs, initiatives and adaptive business needs has been invaluable to employees across all Careington companies and brands. In her current role, Ms. Hersch leads the Human Resources department with an enhanced focus on developing and implementing strategic Human Resources plans and polices to support the Careington family of companies' mission, goals and strategies.
