About Jeremy Hedrick
Jeremy Hedrick serves as chief operations officer for Careington International Corporation and its affiliate companies, including Careington Benefit Solutions, DialCare and Munroe Sutton. Since 2001, Jeremy has been instrumental in shaping the strategic growth, direction and trajectory of the Careington companies, leveraging his expertise across a broad range of senior leadership roles spanning DialCare, Network Development, Member Services, Compliance, Fulfillment, Product Development and Claims, helping him shape the industry from every point of view, including customer, provider, regulator, claims payer and even international expansion.
Jeremy directs and manages daily business operations across the Careington companies and brands. He has centered his leadership around the strategic integration of technology to enhance connections, boost efficiency and drive innovation. His advocacy for scalable solutions consistently positions Careington for long-term success, modernizing its infrastructure and optimizing operations to elevate the customer and employee experience.
Jeremy is a long-time contributor and former board chair of the National Association of Dental Plans (NADP) and a dedicated supporter of the nonprofit American Telemedicine Association (ATA).
