Aseem Sain serves as senior vice president of digital innovation and revenue operations for Careington International Corporation and its affiliate companies, Careington Benefit Solutions, DialCare and Munroe Sutton. Aseem is an integral part of Careington and supports the organization through his passion for driving business growth through connections in operations, technology and healthcare. This includes, but is not limited to, helping carriers and partners with their digital transformations and building growth systems across healthcare and operations.
Aseem recognizes digital innovation as a key tenet of growth, not only as a department, but as a system. With more than 20 years of experience in scaling operations, driving growth and modernizing platforms, he acknowledges that the dual principles of AI-driven growth and client experience share equal importance. Aseem is a member of the compliance committee for Payment Card Industry (PCI), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Statements on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) standards, helping ensure strong governance, security and operational integrity across the enterprise.
