Simple Steps to Use Your Select Savings Card

It's easy to use your discount plan.

Once you join the plan and receive your membership kit, simply follow these steps to start saving today! Some savings plans will have specific directions on how to use the plan, so please review your membership kit for details.

  1. Keep your member ID card with you at all times so it will be easily accessible to present at provider locations. You must present your member ID card at the time of service to receive a discount.
  2. To locate and verify participating providers in your area, simply call Member Services at (844) 306-0866, or click Provider Search. When calling to schedule an appointment, please refer to your member ID card for proper network identification when speaking to a participating provider's office.
  3. You are responsible for paying the provider the entire discounted fee at the time the service is provided.
