How Careington Telehealth Plans Work

  1. Go online or call the toll-free number to create and register your account.
  2. Request a video or telephonic consult either online, over the phone or through the mobile app.
  3. Members can use DialCare Mental Wellness from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week to schedule 30-minute sessions and DialCare Physician Access 24/7 to request on-demand consults.
