We have exciting news regarding our vision plan! The network is getting bigger and better! Beginning January 1, 2006, the integration of Cole Managed Vision and EyeMed Vision Care Access Plan D will take place for Careington International and its clients.
This means that your members will soon have access to over 30,000 vision providers including LensCrafters, Target Optical, participating Sears Optical and Pearle Vision locations plus many independents. Fee schedules will also change, as will the logo and the marketing language.
Plans currently using the Cole Vision plan will convert to the new EyeMed plan on January 1, 2006. Because of the change in the networks, you will need to update marketing materials, web sites, and fulfillment materials (if applicable) for new members using the new logo and group number, the new schedule, and approved marketing language.
Please be sure to update all materials for your current business to reflect these changes no later than December 31, 2005. Please submit updated marketing and fulfillment materials including any web pages for approval via email by December 1st at [email protected].
Finally, wholesale business can be moved at the client's discretion as long as it is done by the end of the year. Please contact your account representative to let them know your scheduled conversion date. All business must be moved to the new plan by December 1, 2006.
