Members will receive the comfort, care and attention of LiveTravel, Inc.'s ("LiveTravel") personal assistance coordinators, available 24/7, to respond to virtually any request no matter how large or small.
Locate area fitness clubs
LiveTravel will refer members to local fitness facilities and provide information on membership dues, available classes, hours of operation and daily/hourly rates.
Information on fitness classes
LiveTravel will locate area fitness and wellness classes, such as Yoga, Zumba, dance, Pilates and boot camps. Members will be provided with rates, length of class, fitness level and required equipment. We
will also advise members of the time and location of the desired class.
Locate a local gym or park for walking
LiveTravel will locate area walking paths, parks, nature trails or tracks for leisure or power walking while traveling away from home.
Locate swimming venues
LiveTravel will locate nearby fitness centers with pools for lap swimming, free swim or aqua aerobics, as well as provide referrals to local lakes or public swimming pools.
Email healthy recipe ideas
LiveTravel will email healthy recipe ideas to your member's inbox for family meals, quick and healthy meals for children, unique dietary needs and desserts.
Locate restaurants with healthy food choices
LiveTravel will refer health conscious diners to local establishments that offer healthy food options, such as organic, vegan, low calorie and carbohydrate free entrees.
Referrals and reservations with dietary specialist
LiveTravel will provide referrals and make an appointment with a local dietary specialist to fit the unique needs of each member. Available appointment times, cost and directions will be provided to the member.
Provide First AID and CPR exam locations (Red Cross, AHA, etc)
LiveTravel will provide dates, times, locations and costs of the classes.
Updated weather forecasts
LiveTravel will provide up to the minute weather forecasts for many destinations around the world. Rain or shine, LiveTravel can provide recommendations of area attractions.
Provide home and pet-sitting services for use
LiveTravel will locate local facilities that offer pet grooming, overnight boarding, pet nutrition, daily pet walking and spa services.
Spa finder
LiveTravel will provide a spa or salon referral, and will coordinate an appointment for services on the member's behalf. The member will be provided with driving directions, hours of operation and cost of services.
LiveTravel provides the 24/7 Personal Assistant service through coordination, negotiation, and consultation using an extensive network of partners. Expenses for goods and services provided by third parties are the responsibility of the member.

24/7 Nurse Line
Carenet's Nurse Line provides access to experienced nurses available anytime to answer questions, assess symptoms and provide recommendations. Staffed by registered nurses, Carenet's Nurse Advice team is available 24/7 to assist with members' health related questions.
Carenet Services Include:
- Symptom and phone assessment
- Urgent and non-urgent care advice
- Drug and medication information
- Recommendations or condition explanations
Carenet provides deaf and foreign language services through the use of TDD and a language line service. This service can be accessed by members 24/7 including holidays.

The Online Wellness Tool, provided by MyeWellness.com is a comprehensive health resource designed to help individuals achieve their personal goals regardless of age, gender or health condition.
