Assistance services are available 24-hours per day, 365 days per year, worldwide.
 
Travel Assistance and Emergency Medical Evacuation Services are available when you are traveling over 100 miles away from home, and you are faced with a serious injury or illness or a travel-related emergency.

LIMITATIONS/EXCLUSIONS: YOU MUST CALL THE TRAVEL ASSIST NUMBER TO ACCESS OR USE ANY OF THESE BENEFITS. DO NOT MAKE ANY ARRANGEMENTS ON YOUR OWN. YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED FOR ARRANGEMENTS THAT ARE NOT MADE BY THE TRAVEL ASSISTANCE CENTER.
 
Lifeguard Emergency Rescue Plan:
• When a member suffers from a “certified injury” that requires emergency medical transportation by helicopter, the program will reimburse the participant up to a maximum of $4,000.00 per occurrence.
• Claims for “Medically Necessary” transports from one medical facility to another are subject to review by Lifeguard’s Medical Officer.
• One benefit will be paid per occurrence
• Coverage is worldwide
• Policy will include $1,000.00 of scheduled airline AD&D.
