• To find child care, elder care, or care for a person
with a disability, simply call the WFB toll-free number and talk to an expert
counselor who will do your research and send you an information packet that
includes:
o Provider Profiles customized for your
personal situation with detailed information on provider fees and services.
(The counselor has also already called each provider in your packet to confirm
that there is an opening when you need care.)
o Notes on topics specific to your situation
and guidebooks with information, tools and checklists to help you evaluate and
make a timely decision about care.
• Your counselor can locate care for almost anything
you need, including:
o Child care for an infant or toddler
o Retirement communities or assisted living for
an elderly relative
o Transportation services for a family member
with a disability
o Summer camp or an after school program for a
school-age child
o In-home care and services for a grandparent
