24/7 Personal Assistance

Members will receive the comfort, care and attention of LiveTravel, Inc.'s ("Live Travel") personal assistance coordinators, available 24/7, to respond to virtually any request no matter how large or small. Assistance for referrals on: campsites, reservations, local activities, rest stops, lowest fuel price locator, lost passport/travel documents, emergency cash transfer assistance and much more:

Campsite referrals, reservations and activities
LiveTravel will provide the locations, directions and costs for campsites in the local area and along trip routes.

Historical site locator
LiveTravel will provide recommendations, directions, hours of operation and admittance fees for local historical sites.

Local activities: bike/walking trails, swimming areas, fishing areas
LiveTravel will provide recommendations for healthy/sporting/adventure activities in local area and travel destinations.

Locate the closest rest stops
LiveTravel provides the location and directions for rest stops in the local area and along trip routes.

Traffic reports-including; road constructions, road repairs, accidents and other related problems
Up-to-date traffic reports for local issues and along trip route. Restaurant referrals and reservations- Worldwide dining referrals and reservations made on behalf of the member, based on availability.

Event/concert/entertainment ticketing
Assistance with obtaining tickets to sporting, theater, concert and other events, based on availability. Emergency cash transfer assistance- LiveTravel will help members obtain cash advances in local or US currency for medical emergencies or other travel needs.

Up-to-the-minute weather reports
LiveTravel will provide the most up-to-date weather reports and information.

Emergency return travel arrangements
In the event of hospitalization or injury, LiveTravel will coordinate arrangements for member to be returned home. Emergency medical evacuation transportation and assistance- If a member suffers an injury or illness that requires medical treatment or hospitalization, we will coordinate and arrange emergency medical transportation to the nearest most appropriate medical facility. Once the member is stabilized, LiveTravel coordinates his/her return to a hospital near home.

Physician/hospital/dental/vision referrals
The member will be provided with a list of physicians, dentists and optometrists in the area in which they are traveling.

Emergency prescription replacement
If medications are lost or stolen, LiveTravel will assist the member in obtaining new prescriptions and also in shipping to the member at their current location.

Eyeglasses and corrective lens replacement assistance
LiveTravel will locate a service provider to replace eyeglasses or corrective lenses that may have been misplaced, stolen or damaged.

Lost passport, travel document assistance
LiveTravel will assist in the replacement of lost or stolen travel documents, passports or visas.

Travel information including visa/passport requirements
LiveTravel can provide the member with information such as passport/visa requirements and assist in expediting the procurement of these documents.

ATM locator
LiveTravel can locate the specific ATM locations worldwide that accept the caller's credit card or other card requirements.

Locate lowest fuel prices
LiveTravel will provide the location and directions for service stations with the lowest fuel prices in the local area and along trip routes.

LiveTravel provides the 24/7 Personal Assistance service through coordination, negotiation, and consultation using an extensive network of partners. Expenses for goods and services provided by third parties are the responsibility of the member.

A membership to Repair Assurance provides the individual consumer access to the kind of experts, savings and advice that the largest insurance and warranty companies have been using for decades. We are proud to put these experts on the consumer's side; empowering the member and saving them money.

Auto Repair Problem
When members bring their vehicles in for repairs, they need a no-hassle experience and a good deal for their money. The cars and trucks in America's driveways have reached a record age. According to a recent USA Today article, the average age of cars and trucks on U.S. roads has reached 11.1 years*. With age, comes additional auto repairs and greater costs.

Auto repair complaints make up the largest group of consumer grievances**. Many of these involve car repair scams. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration estimates that consumers lose tens of billions of dollars each year due to faulty or unnecessary auto repairs. Discuss Vehicle Concerns
Member explains the issue they are having with their vehicle. An advocate discusses their concerns and when appropriate, takes the steps needed to ensure their vehicle is repaired at the best price with the best possible results.

Choose a Repair Facility
We work with the repair shop of their choice or, when asked, we will refer the member to shops in the preferred area who provide excellent quality and service in an ethical manner. Our goal is to provide our members with the best possible pricing for all necessary repairs and maintenance.

Review and Validate Repair Estimate
Members have access to ASE Certified Master technicians. An advocate, at the members request, reviews all diagnostics and estimates. We verify the proper diagnosis and the costs for parts and labor compared to national and regional guidelines.

The member may call the advocate to discuss any concerns they may have during the service visit, and at the member's request, will speak directly to the technician.

Roadside Protect has designed your roadside assistance plan to reduce the impact of many of the inconveniences and burdens that accompany automobile ownership. Whether the issues are auto maintenance, automobile breakdown, or automobile accidents, this plan has been designed to enhance your automobile experience.

Roadside Assistance Services Include:

Emergency Roadside services are provided to Roadside Protect, Inc. by Signature's Nationwide Auto Club, Inc.

How to Access Roadside Assistance Services
Call the 877-481-5333, and select the Roadside Protect Services option to access the plan. A live agent is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Members are required to pay cost of service if it exceeds the $100 maximum benefit limit at the time of service.

Members receive emergency roadside assistance services for up to 3 claims per membership year per household with a maximum payment of $100 per claim. Members must call the Toll-Free number above so that Roadside Protect's agents can locate a service provider to assist them. Services secured independently are not covered and will not be reimbursed. However, if Roadside Protect cannot secure dispatch or if service is unavailable, Roadside Protect's agents will provide an Authorization Number which gives the member the option of securing their own service and submitting for reimbursement consideration up to their program benefit limit. For reimbursement consideration, please mail the following to: Reimbursement Center, c/o Auto Road Service, PO Box 55698, Sherman Oaks CA 91413, and include the following:

  1. Service Provider Invoice
  2. Member Name & Address
  3. Membership Number
  4. Authorization Number
  5. Brief explanation of the incident

Roadside Assistance Services Excludes:
1. Service if member is not with the disabled vehicle. 2. Transportation for the member to the vehicle for service or from the vehicle to another destination after service has been rendered. 3. Service will not be rendered in areas not regularly traveled, such as vacant lots, beaches, open fields, or other places which would be hazardous for service vehicles to reach. 4. Towing a vehicle off a boat dock or marina. 5. Delivery or repair of tires. 6. Installation or removal of snow tires and chains nor dismounting, repairing, or rotating tires. 7. Vehicle's storage charges. 8. Cost of parts, installation, products, materials, impounding, and additional labor relating to towing. 9. Service of any kind on vehicles used for commercial purposed or using dealer tags (Note: All trucks in New York have commercial license plates whether they are used for business or private use. If the truck is used for private use, we will dispatch.) 10. Service for taxicabs, tractors, boats, trailers, dune buggies, or vehicles used for competition, or stolen vehicles. 11. Service for unlicensed vehicles. 12. Service for vehicles with expired safety inspection sticker, license plate sticker, and/or emission sticker(s) where required by law. 13. Service for vehicles illegally parked or impounded. 14. Repeated service calls for a car in need of routine maintenance. 15. Service when a vehicle is snowbound. We do not hoist, winch, or shovel vehicles from unplowed roads, snow banks, snowbound driveways, or curbside parking.
